Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a Scaffold Supervisor to join our Coastal & West Pilbara Operations to support a long-term Structural Integrity program of works across multiple sites in the Pilbara. The role will be responsible providing support to scope remedial scopes of work, selection of materials and equipment, and implementing effective remediation methods for development of work packs during the initial stage of the project. Once the project has mobilised to site, the role be responsible for Supervision of trades and subcontractors during execution and forming strong relationships with client representatives. The roster will commence on a 4:3/ 5:2 with time split between site and Perth before evolving into an 8/6 roster during execution.

What you’ll bring:

Section 44 or Schedule 26 is a must
Rio Tinto Inductions – highly desirable
Previous experience in structural integrity and brownfields projects - highly desirable
Valid High Risk Work Licence
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
Proof of right to work in Australia
