Due to Monadelphous’ continued growth our Engineering Construction division is extremely busy with current and upcoming projects arising across a diverse range of sectors including Iron-Ore, Lithium, Rare Earth, and Gold. We are seeking highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the success of these exciting resources projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will deliver detailed quantity and technical data to support the preparation and analysis of contract variations, progress claims, and earned value reporting for the relevant projects and business units.

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management a related discipline is desirable
• Contract administration/Quantity Surveying experience is essential, preferably within the heavy industrial sectors (maintenance or construction).
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience of building relationships at all levels of an organisation
• You demonstrate initiative and ensure that the teams you work with feel confident, informed, and efficient.
• The ability to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose business problems and deliver practical, sustainable solutions
• Intermediate user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) to assemble and maintain documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
