Monadelphous is currently recruiting for a Turnaround Quality Engineer to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. This role is a key focal point in the overall coordination of Turnaround planning and execution. The position is based in our client's office in Perth CBD with occasional Pre-Turnaround travel offshore, and offshore attendance a requirement during the Turnaround event.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the adherence to Monadelphous QMP systems, client specifications and statutory legislation.
Coordinate quality system activities within the contract and provide support and advice to the Turnaround Quality and Completions Lead.
Provide technical assistance to the Project Engineer in relation to activities in the procurement of fabricated items and materials.
Provide technical support and services to ensure the successful performance of Monadelphous welding related operations.
Provide technical support and services and/or project manage for assigned projects.
Provide advice and support for staff involved on the contract.
Ensure Monadelphous subcontractor adherence to Monadelphous QMP.
Support and leadership for work-pack quality review and close-out.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience working in a multidisciplinary Quality Assurance role in the resources, engineering, construction or maintenance industry.
Tertiary Engineering or Quality Assurance or Engineering Trades qualifications.
Auditor Training by a nationally accredited training body.
Welding inspection or supervisor’s qualification preferred (WTIA IWI, CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent).
