Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Superintendent for KWP to support our Coastal & West Pilbara operations. The successful candidate will support and being a bench strength to existing Construction Manager/Superintendent team. The roster will commence on a 4:3/ 5:2 with time split between site and Perth before evolving into an 9/5 roster during execution. We encourage First nations people and female applicants to apply.

What you’ll bring:

3-5 years of Superintendent/construction manager experience
Previous experience in structural integrity and brownfields projects - highly desirable
Rio Tinto inducted – highly desirable
Previous experience in marine - preferred
Trade background – boilermaker or blaster/painter
Construction experience, preferably brownfields
Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
Proof of right to work in Australia
