Monadelphous is seeking multiple Paint & Blast Supervisors to support our Port & East Pilbara Operations.

The successful candidates will oversee and supervise shutdown works across multiple clients on our fixed plant equipment, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to highest standards of quality and safety. This is a casual position with possibility to advance in your career. What you’ll bring:

• Strong Experience in blast, paint and welding activities
• Previous experience in structural integrity and brownfields projects - highly desirable
• Section 44 or Schedule 26 is a must
• Rio Tinto inducted - highly desirable
• BHP&FMG inducted - highly desirable
• NACE preferred
• Australian Trade Qualified Certificate
• Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
• Proof of right to work in Australia
