Join our Energy division as a Mechanical Supervisor and take the lead in delivering one of our major onshore shutdowns kicking off in May 2026. 

You’ll play a hands-on role overseeing mechanical and shutdown execution — coordinating work scopes, driving quality and safety outcomes, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate mechanical crews during shutdowns
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
• Update reporting, shutdown schedules, spare parts lists, and technical documentation
• Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership and practical engagement with your team
• Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring Permits/Work Packs
• Oversee planning, considering materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
• Maximize time in the field - safety talks and interactions with crews
• Completing own KPI’s and ensuring direct reports are also compliant
• Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience within Oil & Gas, energy, or heavy industrial sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment
• Applicants must hold unrestricted Australian work rights
• Valid Australian driver's licence
