We’re recruiting for an experienced Turnaround Materials Coordinator to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. This role will act as the key Monadelphous focal point in coordination of Turnaround materials planning and execution. This position is based in our client's office in Perth CBD with regular Pre-Turnaround travel offshore, and offshore attendance a requirement during the Turnaround event.

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as the Monadelphous focal point for all our supply chain scope in the planning, execution and close-out of the turnaround.
Provides support and direction to the Turnaround team for all material relative to the turnaround and in accordance with approved procedures, work processes, and standards.
Interface with management teams in client, Monadelphous and sub-contractors’ organisations.
Coordinate with work planners and schedulers during the planning phase and work closely with field Coordinators, Supervision, Contractors, Client Operations, Project and Discipline Engineering teams in all phases.
Owns and implements the Turnaround Deck Management Plan in conjunction with the day to day operations Supply Chain / Warehouse team on site.
Developing resource plans and oversees field execution.
Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement and expediting teams.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in the energy industry
Good understanding of material certification requirements
Willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
Dangerous Goods (MO41) declaration authority.
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Proof of right to work in Australia
