Monadelphous

We are looking for a Materials Controller, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster to Pluto. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Site Materials Control activities in accordance with guidelines, process and procedures within Monadelphous Materials Management Plan
• Using Sitesense to receive, check and BIN locate free issue materials from the client supply chain
• Perform receiving and visual inspection of materials and equipment and verifying that goods are in accordance with shipping documents - Over, Shortage, Damage reporting in Sitesense for all Client supplied materials
• Work with warehouse personnel to identify, ribbon and pick request tickets for materials to be issues to the relevant work fronts
• Liaise with Material/Logistics Supervisor to ensure that Worksite team concerning unloading, handling, transporting, lifting, storage and loading activities
• Organising information into correspondence or databases

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in a subject relevant to the position, e.g. Materials Management, Logistics, Inventory Control etc, is desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role with minimum 2+ years site-based experience in EPC projects
• Demonstrate practical experience with bespoke Materials Management systems and databases (Sitesense)
