Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join a leading Oil & Gas operator, responsible for developing and optimising maintenance schedules that support safe, efficient and reliable asset operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed short-term and medium-term maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple disciplines to optimise resource utilisation and asset availability.
- Review maintenance work orders and planned work scopes to ensure scheduling readiness.
- Liaise closely with Maintenance Planners, Operations personnel and execution teams to align priorities and schedule requirements.
- Balance maintenance demands with operational constraints and production requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are realistic, achievable and aligned with approved maintenance plans.
- Manage schedule changes, emergent work and priority adjustments in consultation with stakeholders.
- Utilise SAP to support work management, scheduling and maintenance reporting processes.
- Participate in maintenance planning and coordination meetings as required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, risk and operational standards.
What you'll bring:
- Maintenance scheduling experience within Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical or similar heavy industrial environments.
- Strong SAP experience.
- Experience supporting operational maintenance activities within brownfield or producing assets.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate maintenance schedules within complex operational environments.
- Full Australian working rights.
