We are currently looking to fill an IT Support Officer position at our Perth office in Victoria Park, WA.. As an essential part of our Group IT Service Desk team, you will provide Level 1-2 support while working on-site. This role will see you play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering high-quality support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional IT Support: Assist users with a wide range of IT issues, aiming to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Actively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, building valuable skills and knowledge along the way.
Effective Communication: Keep clear and concise records of service interactions and communicate effectively with users to ensure understanding.
Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours and participate in a shift roster to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Team Spirit and Communication Skills: A team first mindset with the ability to clearly explain technical information to users at all levels.
Passion for IT and Problem-Solving: A genuine interest in technology, a thirst to learn, and enthusiasm for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Foundational IT Skills: Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, with a willingness to learn more about Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Adaptability: A flexible approach, ready to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
