High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking HV Technicians to join our Resources team. The HES Resources team, provide shutdown services to the resource sector within the Pilbara and surrounding areas, as well many other mining, oil and gas and infrastructure customers across the whole of WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Well-developed communication skills and ability to liaise with customers
• Ability to mentor Apprentices
• Interpretation of drawings
• Completion of fault-finding activities
• HV/LV Switchgear Testing
• Transformer Testing
• Earth System Testing
• Motor Testing
• Thermographic Surveys
• Testing, commissioning, and maintenance of High Voltage assets
• Safety, Quality and Compliance focus

What you’ll bring:

• Prior experience or willingness to learn HV/LV Maintenance and Testing
• Experience working in a FIFO mining environment (shutdowns experience advantageous)
• Commissioning experience (preferred)
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Strong computer literacy
• Trade Qualified Electrician
• Unrestricted WA Drivers Licence
• Right to work in Australia
