Monadelphous is seeking an experienced HSE coordinator to join our Victoria Park head office, supporting across our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. You will be working within the Divisional Support Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in delivery of the M&IS Divisional HSE Strategy
Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver M&IS and Group HSE initiatives and campaigns
Provide health, safety and environmental support to M&IS Divisional Services and operational Business Units
Identify trends and/or targeted initiatives from HSE reports and data
Preparation of Toolbox material, HSE presentations and workshops
Conduct HSE Incident investigations
Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders including General Managers and HSE Managers

What you’ll bring:

Degree in HSE or a related field is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and show initiative with a strong work ethic
Experience conducting HSE Incident Investigations (using TapRoot or equivalent methodology, with HFAT qualifications desirable)
ISO HS/E/Q Auditing qualifications desirable
Proof of right to work in Australia
