Monadelphous is seeking interest from HSE Advisors to work within our Mining and Minerals North West Region. Playing an essential role in the Port & East Pilbara team on shutdown and scheduled works.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HSE advice and expertise to the site team.
Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.
Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.
Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.
Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.

What you’ll bring:

Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/ or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ HSE experience in mining construction/maintenance or shutdowns.
Previous contractor experience with BHP, FMG or Rio Tinto.
HSE systems/reporting proficiency; concise report writing and action tracking.
Well established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
Availability to work shutdown profiles and pick up rostered project swings when required.
