Monadelphous' Mining and Minerals North West division is seeking a Core Crew Coordinator to join our Shutdown Workforce Management Team, based in our Perth Head Office. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is dedicated to supporting our maintenance focused contracts on behalf of Rio Tinto. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the rostering team. Dedication to operational support and strong knowledge of maintenance and shut down requirements are key components within this role. Providing outstanding service to our long term and loyal core crew employees, whilst creating strong internal professional relationships will see you thrive in a fast paced environment, whilst developing your skills!

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with client, site and local mobilisation functions to ensure a smooth mobilisation process
Working on a dynamic and varied work portfolio
Take initiative to think on your feet and deliver successful outcomes with the help of your team
Collaborating with our dedicated operations representatives to meet requirements
Participate in team meetings alongside leadership and operations
Assist in the coordination and delegation of mobilisation tasks

What you’ll bring:

2-5 years experience in a mobilisation role or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of Rio Tinto compliance and mobilisation systems is preferred
Passion for effective communication and collaboration
Developed written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft systems such as Excel
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to audit work profiles
