Monadelphous is seeking an experienced, motivated and skillful Civil/Site Supervisor to support our Port Hedland operations. The successful candidate will oversee and manage NPIs construction project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to highest standards of quality and safety. You will see yourself working on a mixed of 8:6 and 2:1 roster subject to change to reflect the requirement of the operations. This is a Casual position with a possibility to become a permanent employee.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience as Civil/Site Supervisor in mining is highly regarded
Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Proof of right to work in Australia
