The role of IT Business Analyst will see you supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across the company with the opportunity to influence positive change on the company's systems and technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify business problems and opportunities and drive consensus on the recommended solutions to address them
Identify, map, analyse and document current business processes and recommend future business process and system changes to improve productivity and efficiency to meet business outcomes.
Undertake cost benefit analysis and develop compelling business cases which support the delivery of recommended solutions and enhancements.
Manage the lifecycle of requirements – elicitation, collaboration, documentation, prioritisation, maintenance, monitoring, assessment, approval and traceability of requirements
Document test plans, test cases and manage user acceptance testing in partnership with business SMEs and business stakeholders.
Train business SMEs and business stakeholders and assist with organisational change management activities to enhance the adoption of new technologies delivered to meet the business needs.

What you’ll bring:

Technology or Business Analysis qualification or equivalent competency.
Prior experience (4+ years) in business analysis and/or consulting roles.
Ability to understand and translate both business and technical concepts, processes, requirements and solutions.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
