Monadelphous is offering an opportunity for an experienced Senior HSE Coordinator to join our Engineering Construction HSE Management Team. You'll work closely with the HSE Manager, General Managers, and Senior Leadership to implement strategic HSE initiatives.

You'll also provide direct HSE support, guidance, governance, and leadership to our operational teams, helping drive performance improvement and foster a positive safety culture. This role is based in our Perth head office, with the opportunity for regular travel to our sites and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• HSE management system development and continuous improvement, including the identification and integration of lessons learned and best practice
• Consultation and engagement with Project teams in the development of practical, fit for purpose HSE systems and to support the implementation of process changes
• Lead serious incident investigations across the Division as required; provide incident investigation support and coaching to Project HSE teams
• Analyse HSE performance trends; develop and support the implementation of Divisional wide initiatives
• Coordinate and lead the HSE audit program across the Engineering Construction division
• Support HSE training and development programs
• Contribute to the development of HSE systems and initiatives across the broader Monadelphous group

What you’ll bring:

• High level of attention to detail, initiative and drive for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in developing succinct, practical HSE management system documentation, with a working knowledge of legislative requirements
• Experience conducting incident investigations (Taproot qualifications desirable)
• Strong technical HSE skills and knowledge of contemporary HSE management practices
