Description & Requirements
During your apprenticeship, you will work from the Toolooa workshop, combining paid work with hands-on training alongside experienced tradespeople. You will be well-supported in completing your apprenticeship and successfully obtaining your trade certificate. Successful candidates will commence in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with responsibilities in relation to the terms of the training contract as an apprentice
- Complete a qualification in certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade while working full time capacity
- Develop skills under the supervision of different experienced supervisors
- Assist in fabrication and interpret drawings
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Learn to perform various techniques and meet quality standards
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards
What you will bring
- Strong interest and commitment to an apprenticeship in your chosen field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Reside locally in the Gladstone area
- Pre-Apprenticeship (Certificate II in Engineering) beneficial but not essential
