Our Energy division is seeking an Execution Readiness Planner to join our offshore team. This role will see you support our projects execution requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main interface with our maintenance planning and execution teams to acquire necessary information to prepare permits, permit templates and personal isolations
• Provide execution readiness checks for work orders as it enters short term planning
• Notify project relevant stakeholders of any potential risks to permit readiness/material delivery
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines within the team to deliver multi-disciplines scopes (Mechanical, Inlec, Rope Access)
• Identify permit template opportunities for PM and repeat CM work scopes
• Develop permit template archive
• Support offshore execution team with ESB preparation and other urgent requests
• Conduct permit and personal isolation walk downs

What you’ll bring:

• Trade qualification and certificates
• Proven experience within the energy or refinery industries
• Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
• Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements
• Full Australian work rights (with no limitations)
