Monadelphous

Monadelphous is seeking a Turnaround Manager to join our Offshore Energy team on a fixed term full-time   basis. The role will see you responsible for major turnaround planning and execution scope. This opportunity will see you work alongside senior level management both internally and externally at our client’s head office, located in the Perth CBD and will require occasional site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the organisation and management of a Monadelphous and subcontractor seconded workforce.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support Monadelphous and subcontractor workforce during planning phase.
• Support offshore workforce during execution, ensuring competence of the delivery teams to meet scheduled milestones and deliverables.
• Assist offshore delivery Coordinators and Supervision in performance assessment and management of all Monadelphous Team members, inclusive of time writing requirements.
• Ensure competence of Subcontractor teams to meet work scope deliverables.
• Assist Offshore Coordinators and Supervision in performance assessment and management of all Monadelphous Subcontractors
• Provide a key functional support role in site productivity and execution, data analysis, problem solving and improvement/innovation programs, and to bring Monadelphous capabilities to support operations in all aspects of turnaround delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant trade or engineering qualifications.
• Significant and relevant facilities turnaround experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of trades disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of MS Office suite.
• Experience using project management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
• Commercial and contractual management understanding and ability to utilise this knowledge to manage groups of suppliers whilst maintaining strong customer focus.
• Strong understanding of people and team management activities.
