Monadelphous

As a Quality Administrator, you'll report directly to the project team, ensures the consistent implementation of Quality Assurance and Control policies. This includes documentation, managing the Hexagon CCMS system, handling non-conformances, and supporting audits. As part of the Quality and Completions team, the Administrator works closely with stakeholders to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with company and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day input into the Hexagon CCMS system.
• Manage ITPs and ITR for the project and update Hexagon and the project files with these new deliverables.
• Provide status and look-ahead reports to the quality and construction teams.
• Work with other project administrative personnel and engineers to deliver progress updates.
• Ensure that all QA/QC documentation and records are accurately maintained and easily accessible, including test results, inspection reports, and compliance records
• Track and update any non-conformances ensuring close out document is collated and saved to file and report on any outstanding actions.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree or Certificate in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Office Administration (desirable)
• Demonstrable experience in the use and management of Hexagon CCMS
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC Administration role, preferably in a Tier 1 Construction environment (desirable)
• Knowledge and expertise of Quality practices, standards, systems, and processes relevant to the operations of construction teams.
