Monadelphous is seeking a local Site Administrator to support our Coastal & West Pilbara operations based in Cape Lambert on a 5:2/4:3 roster. You will see yourself utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various stakeholders to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation and crew retention. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site teams and the mobilisation rostering core crew on shutdown work profile. This is a casual employment with a room to grow into a permanent position for the right person.

What you’ll bring:

Wickham, Roebourne or Point Samson locals is highly advantageous
1-3 years' experience as a site based Administrator is ideal
1-3 years' experience in a roster or site administration role within the resources sector
Experience in an end-to-end mobilisation process - organising medicals, training, PPE, booking flight and accommodation, site inductions and entry etc.
Experience with Pegasus and other mobilisation systems will be advantageous
Ability to work closely with site representatives and workforce management team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employees
Excellent time management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong problem-solving ability and a team focused mentality
Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Proof of right to work in Australia
