Description & Requirements

Zenviron is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support on-site delivery of major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Wind Farm projects in the Newcastle Region. Reporting to the Project and Contracts Manager, you’ will play a key role in managing subcontractor agreements, claims, and commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Assist with tendering, negotiating, and managing subcontracts and major purchase orders.
Advise project teams on compliance with contracts and policies.
Prepare and manage client progress claims and variations.
Oversee subcontractor claims and extensions of time.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
Support cost reporting and cash flow forecasting.

What you will bring:

2+ years’ site-based experience in contract administration.
Background in construction/resource industry (EPCM, contractor, or client side).
Strong knowledge of contract law and Security of Payments legislation.
Experience with claims, variations, and cost management.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management (highly regarded).
