2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for our E&I construction space. We are diversifying our electrical division here at Monadelphous, we have current works across critical minerals, renewable energy generation and storage and the electrification of our customers' operations.

We are seeking expressions of interests from experienced and ambitious electrical tradespeople with mining/industrial construction experience to join the Monadelphous family on our E&I works across Western Australia with upcoming shutdowns and 2/1 roster opportunities coming available.

What you will bring

Valid New Zealand Passport
Open Drivers License
Valid/Current Electrical License and ability to apply for WA A Grade Electrical License
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Construction mining/ heavy industrial industries or transferrable skillset
Valid/Current Electrical License
