We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Administration Officer to join our NSW Operations team on a full-time basis.

Based at our Mt Thorley Office, this role offers a dynamic administrative position from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guaranteeing smooth project task completion and demonstrate a strong interest in career progression. Proficiency in multitasking across diverse responsibilities is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities will include.
  • Managing Invoicing & Client Claims.
  • Preparation of daily timesheets entry and payroll for up to 40+ employees
  • Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.
  • Cost tracking and variance analysis.
  • Provide high quality administrative support to the operations project team.
  • General administration duties.

What you will bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration position or similar within a mining, construction or industrial & commercial environment.
  • Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) to assemble and maintain project documents and quality records for projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service, written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced.
  • A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team .
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environment and changing priorities and schedules.
  • Experience supporting multi-functional stakeholders.
