This permanent position, based in Mt Thorley, provides a hybrid WFH schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities will include.
  • Data Entry and management of timesheets.
  • Reconciling hours against site swipe records.
  • Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.
  • Preparing and purchasing suport.
  • General administration tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

What you will bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration position or similar within a mining, construction or industrial & commercial environment.
  • Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) to assemble and maintain project documents and quality records for projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service, written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced.
  • A strong desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team .
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to dynamic environment and changing priorities and schedules.
  • Experience supporting multi-functional stakeholders.
