If you are an accomplished construction professional with a proven track record managing subcontractors and driving safe, high-quality outcomes, this is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the renewables sector and to lead an inclusive, high-performing Zenviron site team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for site safety, quality, and progress, ensuring compliance with all standards, policies and procedures.
  • Leading and managing subcontractors, suppliers and service providers across all site-based activities.

  • Monitoring site progress and providing accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Identifying and resolving technical, commercial, and logistical issues that arise during delivery.
  • Acting as the primary site-based point of contact for management, client representatives, and external stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in the installation, testing and commissioning of high voltage electrical work, substations or renewable energy projects (highly regarded).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages.
  • Able to foster and manage effective relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement. Through utilising your time management skills you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.

We are committed to our philosophy of Empowering People and encourage innovation and creative thinking. We embrace the benefits of employing hardworking people from rich and varied backgrounds, so we encourage applications that contribute to our diverse workplace.
