Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to provide technical support on the Shell CRUX project. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting mechanical and hookup execution — coordinating work scopes, driving quality and safety outcomes, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate mechanical crews during hookup and future works
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
Update reporting, schedules, spare parts lists, and technical documentation
Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership and practical engagement with your team
Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring Permits/Work Packs
Oversee planning, considering materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
Maximize time in the field - safety talks and interactions with crews
Completing own KPI’s and ensuring direct reports are also compliant
Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

Proven Mechanical Supervisor experience
Relevant experience within the Australian Oil and Gas sector (approx 5+ years)
Current BOSIET, CA-EBS, Escape Chute Training and MSIC
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Full Australian work rights, with no restrictions
