Due to our continued growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As an experienced Maintenance Administrator you will provide high quality administrative support to assigned teams or projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to teams/projects, including processing timesheets, invoices, purchase orders, and document control.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and registers; respond to information requests from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and prepare information, reports, and documentation for dissemination.
Collaborate effectively as a team member to achieve project and business goals.
Apply learning, adapt quickly, and contribute innovative solutions to improve processes.
Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
