Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our Vic Operations team, working on one of our outages in the Latrobe Valley, commencing mid-September through to November.

Key Responsibilities include:

Perform specific supervisory tasks and activities to ensure the workplace remains safe, when leading welding related technical activities
Apply skilled technical professional, functional and Welding trade knowledge to deliver weld engineering solutions (e.g. Welding traceability and problem-solving)
Interpret project technical information and ensures work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
Ability to identify project document deliverables and deliver MDRs in a timely fashion
Perform project tasks in accordance with work plans and customer requirements.
Compliant with standards and specifications that meets Industry, Customer, and Business System requirements.

What you will bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade-based Supervisor

• Must hold Welding Supervisor Certificate No.10 AS 1796-2001

• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.

• Proof of Right to Work in Australia
