Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our Vic Operations team, working on one of our outages in the Latrobe Valley, commencing mid-September through to November.

The role will see you working on an upcoming outage where you will carry out a wide range of tasks. These will include but not be limited to; planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring

A minimum of 3 years' experience as trade-based supervisor with maintenance/shutdown background
Trade qualification in either Mechanical and or Structural discipline
Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Proof of right to work in Australia
