Monadelphous is seeking experienced Mechanical and Structural Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team, supporting ongoing work in the Bowen Basin.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance at one of the region’s largest operations.

Working on a permanent 4:3 roster (4 days on, 3 days off), you will play a pivotal role in leading mechanical and structural crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes across dragline and CHPP maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for multidisciplinary maintenance crews.
Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a site-based supervisory role.
Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker trade certificate (mandatory).
Experience with Dragline and Wash Plant maintenance (highly regarded).
SAP experience highly regarded.
Strong leadership, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Open Driver’s Licence and full Australian work rights.
