Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team.

It is a multi-functional admin role which will see you carrying out a wide range of tasks from payroll, accounts payable/receivable to procurement and fleet/asset management.

Key responsibilities include

Managing weekly Invoicing & Client Claims.
Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.
Cost tracking and variance analysis
Credit card reconciliation
Assist with site compliance & onboarding employees to site
Managing and maintaining personnel roster and schedule training / induction requirements.
Preparation of daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for up to 40+ employees.
Provide high quality administrative support to the site manager and operations project team.
Travel bookings as required.
General office support duties

What you will bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site-based administration role.
Site/Project based administrative experience highly regarded
Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
A focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
Full Drivers Licence (manual preferred by not essential).
A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
Proof of right to work in Australia.
