Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our high-performing Mackay Operations Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead critical shutdown and maintenance work across multiple sites in the Bowen Basin, including Dragline and Wash Plant projects.

Key Responsibilities will be:

Lead and coordinate mechanical crews during shutdowns.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
Work across various sites with a strong pipeline of scheduled shutdowns.
Opportunity to work short-term or back-to-back shutdowns.
Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry.
Dragline and wash plant experience advantageous.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
Australia working Rights.
Open drivers licence.
