Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our Mackay Operations Team, for work across the Bowen Basin, Feb 2025.

The role of Supervisor will see you working 4/4/4 roster and carrying out a wide range of tasks across Draglines & Wash plant activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

4 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter.
Dragline and Wash plant shutdown experience is highly desirable but not essential
The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proof of Right to work in Australia.
Open Drivers Licence.
