Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team.

This is a local role which will see you working in the office Monday – Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing weekly Invoicing & Client Claims
Procurement - Raising & Managing Purchase Orders
Credit card reconciliation
Preparation of daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for up to 40+ employees
Provide high quality administrative support to the site manager and operations project team
Travel bookings as required
General office support duties

What you will bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office administration role preferred
Site/Project based administrative experience highly regarded
Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
A focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals
A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
Proof of right to work in Australia.
