Zenviron are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project, located in Central Queensland, on a FIFO 2:1 or 10:4 roster.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
Provide leadership for the balance of plant elements of large scale Wind Farm Projects; managing program, budget, and resources
Lead safety and environmental performance throughout the project; driving strong safety culture and initiatives
Provide excellent leadership and timely guidance to the project team and subcontractors on-site
Establish effective communications with the Client's field representatives
Ensure project delivery is met with the highest of standards, on time, and within budget
Ensure project compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements

What we are looking for:

Proven experience managing substation construction programs for the full lifecycle
Site based industry experience as a Project/Construction Manager within the renewable energy or construction industry, with a track record of successful project execution
Commercial and financial management experience
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to manage both stakeholders and subcontractors
Clear commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and environmental compliance
Proof of right to work in Australia

To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
