Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QAQC Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 22:20 roster.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this high paced key position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies with a particular focus on quality assurance and control on site in PNG. This is an outstanding opportunity for quality professionals wishing to progress to the next level of their career, to gain international exposure while leading a high-performing team.

What you will bring:

Australian recognised Technical Trade Certificate
ISO 9001 Auditor qualification
Recognised welding inspection and/or supervision qualification
5+ years’ experience working within a quality-focused role in Mining
AMPP level 2 Certificate (highly regarded)
Experience working in PNG or other expat experience (highly regarded)
Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
