As our Learning and Development Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of Graduate and Student programs across our business. Working closely with the Early Careers recruitment team and our Graduate and Student cohorts, you’ll contribute to a high-quality experience for all participants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career in L&D or HR who is ready to step into a busy hands-on role with impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organisation of all Graduate & Student Program Inductions.
- Planning and supporting the delivery of the annual Graduate Development Forum.
- Support the scheduling and delivery of the Summer Vacation Presentations, Sundowner and Program Feedback Surveys.
- Support the ongoing system updates, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Graduate Learning Framework platform.
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual Graduate Mentoring Program.
- Manage and track regular Graduate check-ins.
- Provide general administration support across the program, such as but not limited to invoice management, reporting and training administration.
What you’ll bring:
- Qualification in Human Resources or similar, desirable, not essential.
- Approximately 2 years' previous experience in a Human Resources or Graduate role.
- Previous experience with Graduate and/or Student Programs is desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a desire to continue learning.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Highly organised with confidence in prioritising and managing multiple tasks.
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
