Monadelphous is seeking interest from Senior Project Engineers to join our Kalgoorlie based team, supporting our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently utilise and manage resources, structure and skills to successfully deliver projects
• Plan work scopes, compile work packs, schedules, progress reports and prepare Quality documentation
• Manage the financial & safety performance of projects to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.
• Assist estimators to complete RFQ’s
• Interpret drawings, standards, and client procedures
• Build and foster positive relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
• Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage contractual documentation including technical queries, variations, notice of delays & extensions of time
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes where necessary
• Lead safety culture, initiatives and performance

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining environment
• Previous on-site experience
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skills
• Proof of right to work in Australia
