Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Structural, Mechanical and Rigging Supervisors for an upcoming shutdown in the Hunter Valley.

This role will see you working a 4/2 roster over 7 weeks, carrying out a wide range of tasks across project activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the projects team ensuring requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:
  • 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor
  • Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification
  • Strong Dragline & Shovels experience desirable
  • The drive to get hands on and lead by example
  • Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
