Monadelphous

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team for a 9-month contract commencing January 2026, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 3:3 roster. There will be further opportunities to work on other projects following this engagement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:

• Australian recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate
• Demonstrable experience working as an SMP Supervisor within the resources sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
