Monadelphous

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team for a 9-month contract commencing January 2026, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 3:3 roster. There will be further opportunities to work on other projects following this engagement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies with a particular focus on quality control on site in PNG.

What you will bring:

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Current Weld Australia Welding Supervisor AS1796 certificate 10 and/ or IWS qualification
• 5+ years’ experience working in a QAQC position within the resources sector
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
