Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team for a 9-month contract commencing January 2026, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 3:3 roster. There will be further opportunities to work on other projects following this engagement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be supervising E&I project scopes; planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting with daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring:
  • Demonstrable experience as an E&I Supervisor in the resources sector
  • Cert III in Electro Technology and a current Australian Electrical License
  • Cert III in Instrumentation and EEHA Certification (highly regarded)
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using digital completions systems (highly regarded)
  • Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
  • Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
