Description & Requirements

The role of Supervisor will see you working across projects at one of our long-term sites in Gladstone and responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews.

This is a local only position; you must reside in Gladstone or surrounds to be considered for the role.

What you will bring

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as trade-based supervisor with maintenance/shutdown background
Trade qualification in either Mechanical and or Structural discipline highly regarded.
Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews.
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety.
Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Proof of right to work in Australia
