We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Gladstone Operations team, on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will operate in Gladstone area based on Curtis Island and provide specialist expertise in shutdown and major maintenance scheduling for the Midstream operations ensuring the delivery of an integrated schedule using Primavera 6.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide concise information and advice relating to scheduling and project management support.
Use Primavera to optimise schedules to minimise risk and maximise value to reflect Midstream priorities and business objectives.
Develop and update the shutdown and major maintenance schedules in accordance with the project requirements.
Develop, maintain & review scheduling of documentation and identify risks and/or key issues to be considered.
Liaise with clients to obtain information for scheduling and project management support.
Assist with the set-up and management of the project costs, budgets, claims and forecasts.
Capture, review and manage construction progress within the Earned Value Database and systems.

What you will bring

Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in Operations (highly regarded).
Demonstrable P6 experience (essential).
Exposure to all facets of maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
Proof of right to work in Australia
