Monadelphous is seeking an experienced EEHA Electrical Supervisor to support a major turnaround on Curtis Island, Gladstone, commencing April 2026.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading engineering and maintenance contractor on a high profile Oil & Gas project.

In this role, you will lead a team of electrical trades personnel, ensure compliance with EEHA standards, and oversee the safe and efficient delivery of shutdown activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supervise, mentor and support electrical tradespersons, apprentices and trade assistants
Oversee EEHA related tasks and ensure all electrical work meets compliance requirements
Allocate and manage day to day work scopes during shutdown activities
Liaise with client representatives to plan tasks, provide updates and resolve issues
Lead the team with a hands on, safety first approach

What you will bring:

Minimum 4 years’ supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector (highly desirable)
QLD Electrical Trade qualification and current electrical licence
Current EEHA certification
Cert IV in Electrical Instrumentation (desirable)
Demonstrated experience managing electrical teams
Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced shutdown environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
