Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Demolition Supervisor to join our Gladstone Operations Team

The Demolition Supervisor role involves working a Monday–Friday roster to support the ongoing Maintenance Contract, focusing on demolition work across the site.

The primary responsibilities include demolishing structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) structures. The role requires adaptability and expertise to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include front-end planning, coordination, and the overall execution of assigned work, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards and timelines.

What you will bring:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a supervisor in mechanical maintenance/shutdowns.
Trade qualification in either Mechanical or Structural discipline.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary work crews.
Certificate IV in Demolition or 3 years' practical supervisory experience in demolition, including 3 major projects (with at least one completed in the last 5 years).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in developing demolition methodologies and site-specific plans.
Excellent knowledge of workplace health and safety.
Experience in planning, scheduling, and managing personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).
Proof of right to work in Australia.
