A new opportunity has become available in the Heavy Lift Team, we are seeking an experienced Estimating and Tendering Coordinator to join our team in our Victoria Park Office on a permanent, 5:2 roster, Monday - Friday. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting tender submissions and estimating activities, coordaining with internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging planning experience, and utilising internal systems to compile reports and ensure accurate, timely project documentation.

What you will bring

  • Proven relevant industry experience, ideally within the resource
  • A strong planning background with the ability to adapt into estimating functions - preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence and strong ability to learn and navigate internal systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and resilient approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work flexibly during peak periods, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and support the broader team
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in delivering safe and reliable service solutions while focusing on client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
