Description & Requirements

We are seeking experienced Electricians to support a significant pipeline of work in 2026. With opportunities available across major projects for clients including Rio Tinto, BHP, Woodside and FMG, with varied scopes of work, duration and rosters available. 

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:
  • 2:1 or 3:1 rosters available
  • Short-term and long-term project opportunities
  • FIFO to West Pilbara region including Karratha, Port Hedland, Dampier
  • Diverse current and upcoming project scopes: Greenfields and brownfield Construction, live LNG plant works, Iron Ore operations, Battery energy storage systems, deconstruction, supply, install and commissioning.

  • Work with some of Australia's leading resource and energy clients. 
What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years construction experience
  • Full WA electrical licence
  • Construction White Card
  • LVR/CPR - 1 year validity
  • First Aid - 3 years validity
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Ability to meet additional project-specific requirements
