Monadelphous is looking for experienced Welding Supervisors to join our Offshore Energy division working with one of long-term clients for a Shutdown. These roles will commence in August 2025 on a Casual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specific supervisory tasks and activities to ensure the workplace remains safe, when leading welding related technical activities provides safety leadership.
• Interpret project technical information and ensure work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Perform project tasks in accordance with work plans and customer requirements.
• Ensure you are Compliant with standards and specifications that meets Industry, Customer, and Business System requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Relevant Welding Certifications – (Metal Trades Certificate or Equivalent E.g. Boilermaker (Essential)
• Welding supervisor qual AS2214
• Proven experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a • shutdown environment.
• Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• 5 Years Offshore Experience or equivalent
• MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
• Proof of Work in Australia
• BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
